Return & Refund Policy

At ORGANIC BY HAYAT, we aim to provide our customers with quality products and a smooth shopping experience.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, returns may only be accepted in cases where:

• The product received is damaged or defective.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The package is incomplete or contains a different item than ordered.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or altered by the customer may not be eligible for return or refund.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Shipping and delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by ORGANIC BY HAYAT.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
