Order Processing

Orders are normally processed after confirmation. Processing time may vary depending on order volume, product availability, weekends, and public holidays.

Delivery

Orders are delivered through courier services to the address provided by the customer.

Estimated delivery time may vary depending on the destination and courier service. Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, incorrect or incomplete addresses, courier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing:

• Correct full name

• Active phone number

• Complete delivery address

• Relevant area, city, and landmark where applicable

If the courier is unable to deliver because of an incorrect or incomplete address or an unreachable phone number, additional delivery attempts or charges may apply.

Tracking

Where available, customers may receive tracking information after their order has been dispatched.

Undelivered / Returned Orders

If an order cannot be delivered and is returned to us because of an incorrect address, unreachable customer, refusal to receive the parcel, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer may need to pay applicable re-shipping charges before the order is sent again.
